Nidhi Bhatia’s series “Between Silence and Light” captures the serene essence of meditation, where the individual is depicted in a tranquil state, in perfect stillness. Surrounding the figure are vibrant streams of energy, symbolizing the flow of chakras—each energy center radiating its distinct hue, from the grounding reds to the transcendent violets. A soft, glowing light emanates from within, symbolizing the awakening of the inner light and the connection to a higher consciousness. The composition invites the viewer to experience the stillness and flow of energy, evoking a sense of calm, balance, and spiritual alignment.

About Nidhi Bhatia

Nidhi Bhatia is an artist whose journey from the realms of computer engineering to the vibrant world of art is as eclectic as her canvases. After obtaining her degree in computer engineering from GBPUAT Pantnagar, Nidhi spent fifteen years pursuing different roles in the corporate world before embarking on a remarkable journey of self-discovery as a full-time artist since 2016. She took a six-month course at Chitrakala Parishath to refine her techniques across various mediums. Her works have been showcased in prestigious exhibitions across India and has also taken numerous commission projects for clients in India and abroad. She was also selected for Bangalore’s Chitra Santhe art fair for seven years continuously from 2018 to 2024.
